Jader Monari to capture
this light (18Mbyte-mpg) on to film.
- A lightphenomena was captured on to video the 18.January 2001. The observer filmed for nearly 30 minutes,
between 11:00 P.M and 11:45 P.M. They were located 8 km south of the town Oppdal, which is west for Hessdalen.
The phenomena was in the south-east direction. You will find a 2minutes and 20 second sequence of
the video here (5Mbyte avi) (a big verson (67Mbyte-avi) )
- During the italian researchers Embla 2001 misson in Hessdalen, directed by Dr.Massimo Teodorani, did
researcher Simona Righini manage to capture
a light on a film (85Mbyte-mpg, 5 minutes). Thank also to
Jader Monari for making this film, and to
Renzo Cabassi at the Italian Committe for Project Hessdalen for

- A Lightphenomena with a black area, moving inside the light.
Look at the small (3Mbyte-avi) or
big (5Mbyte-mpg) version.
This film is not from Hessdalen,
but is shown here because some observers have described something similar in Hessdalen.
They say that there is a black object with lights on each side. In one part of this film is the phenomena looking like that.
- A documentary made by student Jesper Brodersen.
Professor J. Allen Hynek in Hessdalen.
During the second fieldwork of Project Hessdalen, professor J.Allen Hynek did visit the Project Hessdalen headquarter. During that visit, Hynek was interviewed several times. You will find some quick-time movies of a interview made in Hessdalen January 27. 1985.
Professor Hynek says:
I am impressed by Hessdalen itself, because Hessdalen is really a UFO laboratory. It is a place where things are happening and where things can be studied.
(9 seconds, 10 frames/sec., sound: 16KHz sample, size: 1619 KByte
Hessdalen has had the best equipment and the best periode of operation and observation of the UFO-phenomenon any place in the world.
(12 seconds, 5 frames/sec., sound: 16KHz sample, size: 1251 KByte
Whatever it turns out to be, it is terrible important.
